The International English Language Testing System (IELTS) for UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) exam is a version of the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) exam that is specifically designed for test takers who need to demonstrate their English language proficiency for immigration purposes in the United Kingdom or for the international Students. The UK government accepts the IELTS for UKVI exam as proof of English language proficiency for visa, settlement, and citizenship applications. In terms of content and score, it is identical to the normal IELTS exam, but it is delivered differently and the test results are submitted to the UK government.
